Joining is a personal choice. No skill level is required.
Sequential number
Numbers follow the order in which confirmed requests are registered.
Manual review
The Library owner checks the request and adds the member manually.
How it works
You submit the Google Form with your public name, social profile, optional WhatsApp number, optional short bio, and a link to a video of you playing ocarina.
The Library owner receives the form alert by email and checks that the request is genuine and that the video link works.
After confirmation, the member is added in Studio. The next available number is assigned in the order of registration.
The public list is updated when the Library settings are published. WhatsApp is used only for administrative contact and is not published.
Beginners, returning players, teachers, performers, collectors who play, and experienced musicians are all welcome. The registry is not a competition, certification, ranking, or audition.
Suggested Google Form fields
Public name — required; the name that will appear in the registry.
Social network profile or handle — required; a public profile where people can find or follow you.
WhatsApp — optional and private; used only if the organizer needs to clarify the request.
Video link — required; YouTube, Instagram, Google Drive, or another link that can be opened for review.
Bio — optional; a short introduction to appear in the public list if you choose to share it.
Consent to publication — required checkbox confirming that the public name, registry number, social link, video link, and bio (if submitted) may appear on this page.
Optional note — instrument, city, or level, only if you want to share context. Do not request sensitive information.
In Google Forms, enable email notifications for new responses. If you enable automatic email collection, explain that it is for contact and administration and will not be published.
What the public list shows
The public registry is intentionally simple: number, public name, social profile, video link, and optional bio when authorized. Phone numbers, email addresses, form timestamps, and private review notes stay out of the published Library settings.
